There are many different faults, types of damage and issue that can occur in a playground. Whether through vandalism, miss use or simply aged related wear and tear, at some point play equipment will break. Our extensive stock of spare parts and materials plus fast access to more specific parts allows our experienced and trained team to react and fix the problem, making it safe for use  with minimum disruption.

The most common issue with steel play equipment is rust and corrosion. This not only weakens the structure, it often leaves sharp edges and sections can will cause nasty injuries that could easily become infected. Our experienced mobile engineers can weld on site, fabricate and repair these areas. If an area cannot be safely repaired, it is made safe while we arrange for replacement parts and works 

Rot in timber can't always be see, but the risk and final outcome is the same. You should have your timber play products assessed regularly so that you can spot and head off the risk of breaking or failure and more importantly injury occurring. Timber is also an easy target for vandals and broken wood creates sharp splinters. We will only use high grade, ethically sourced timber for repairs & replacement parts

Safety surfacing is there to protect users and minimise the risk serious injury, head trauma or even fatality. The upkeep and maintenance of these surfaces are probably the most crucial part of  playground safety. Wear and tear  or vandalism can be quickly repaired on site by our experienced surfacing teams . We cover, supply and repair wet pour, banded mulch, astro turf, tarmac, bound resin, wood chip & sand surfaces
